Application – MBR Hydrating & Lifting Toner
Morning and evening. After cleaning and opening with Enzyme Cleansing Booster, apply Hydrating & Lifting Toner to a cotton pad, soak well and apply pattern to face, lips, neck and décolleté. Then apply the recommended active ingredient and massage in gently. Then use the appropriate care products from the MBR care lines as final care.
